Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide to the destinations offered at checkout, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia and much of Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact support@olkente.shop.

Standard shipping starts at $12and is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Bench Club members receive free standard shipping. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

• Order processing: 1–2 business days.
• Domestic delivery: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Timeframes are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs handling.

You receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it. Priority handling is available to Maker Pro members.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
